Flexible resin/plastic

Hi all.
I've been casting some custom pieces for scifi wargaming and am coming into an issue that I think might be solved with a kind of flexible plastic or polyurethane, and was hoping someone had some experience.
I intend to have backpacks attached to weapons by a cable or ammo-feed, but I want them to be removable. With different poses, this will get really tedious, so I was hoping I could make the belt/cable material out of a flexible resin.
At the moment, I'm casting pieces with Smooth On "Mold Max 25" Silicon and using "SmoothCast 310" polyurethane resin, which is working perfectly for my part sizes. Does anyone know of a material I could cast ammo-belts with in a 28mm scale, that would result in a flexible material that I could paint? Preferable one that is compatible with Mold Max silicon
