Comparing the 40K knights to the AT knights gives a different scale factor than comparing the FW warlord and AT warlord, so scale looks to be loose. No surprise, really. I imagine GW's main concerns were compatibility with existing base-sizes and size of sprue for tooling.
I've decided to go with what is visually pleasing, and the tanks I've printed from Thingiverse at 6mm look better next to the AT stuff, than those printed at 8mm. The ~30% size difference is substantial.

It's been a long while since I got something to post. Just finished up these Custodes today and got pics. It's been a lot longer and a lot harder than I anticipated to do up the gold and take useful pics of it. Looks far better in person when you start moving around and seeing the light reflect.
