OK so this Topic falls squarely between a Kit find and a Scratch build. This guy Machinator aparently posts on Bolter and Chainsword and another forum I can't remember. The basic concept is he's using his own resin tracks, which you can buy, and a forgeworld MkIIb kit.
I also found over at Apoc 4ok this

This is also a kit available from his ebay store.

So take a look at his Landaraider here:

Hasta

Very cool stuff! Whilst (as most of you probably know by now) I'm not a massive fan of old school GW design aesthetic, I do appreciate the quality of the scratchbuilder in question! I shudder at the thought of cutting out all of those track links!

Well as usual I've waved the RA Flag at him over at Apoc 40K so it's up to him ;)
I've also emailed another guy from the uk who's truescale marines are brilliant and his sculpting is spot on.
http://masteroftheforge.com/ His name is simon and I think he could also bring something to the table and vice-versa. I guess we'll see :x
Simon's Gallery: http://masteroftheforge.com/gallery/ Amazing!!

Wow. Really wow. That guy has some obvious skill with greenstuff. I can't believe how clean his work is! He'd certainly be an asset to have on here!
