It depends on the style and how involved it is to make.
I make simple ballpoint click style pens that are far less than one like this.
I can post a pic of the ballpoint click style if you would like, to see the style.

How much would that blue one cost, it's pretty nice looking. A sweet tutorial on what you do and how you do it would be pretty keen as well. Unless of course you don't want to divulge trade secrets.

I too would like to know the vacuum/pressure technique you use to create these, if you're willing to divulge your secrets

I don't use vacuum/pressure. I just pour it into the mold, de-mold about an hour later and let it fully cure for 24hrs.

What brand of resin do you use for the sleeves? Most of thr ones I've run across have a really long cure time. (upwards of 24hrs) I'd like to do some parts in clear material but need to find some stuff with a much more reasonable cure time.

I have machined it in as little as 3 hours or so but, it usually sits for 24 hours before I get to it. It gels in about an hour.
I use ETI polyester resin. If you need quicker cure times, take a look at urethane resins. Some have a pot life of 20 minutes and less. I think they still reccomend a 24 hour cure.
